Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:4000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 30kD band in Human Brain and Mouse Brain lysates after 1 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 50.4kD according to NP_071763.2. The 30kD band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
