Application Notes: Approved: Peptide-ELISA (1:16000)

Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 75kD band in Human Heart, Liver and Skeletal Muscle lysates after 0.1 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 60.7kD according to NP_006662.3. The 75kD band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
