Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:4000. Western blot: Approx 85kD band observed in Human Brain (Substantia nigra) lysates (calculated MW of 68.5kD according to NP_001035.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Mazei-Robison et al, J Neurosci. 2008 Jul 9,28(28):7040-6. PMID: 18614672). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
