Description
|
Antiserum is developed in rabbit by using hemoglobin A1c as immunogen. Affinity purified IgG is obtained by synthetic peptide coupling affinity chromatography. The product is supplied as a solution in 20mM MES ( 2- ( N-Morpholino ) ethanesulfonic acid ) , 0.14M sodium chloride, pH 5.8, containing 0.02% NaN 3 as a preservative.
