Specificity
This antibody is specific for alpha- spectrin/alpha-fodrin of all mammalian non-erythroid cells. Reacts with the 240 kDa full length alpha-fodrin molecule, the 150 kDa N-terminal cleaved product and the 120 kDa C-terminal product.
