Application Details

Application Notes Immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed paraffin embedded sections. This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1: 25-1: 50 in an ABC method (30 minutesincubation at room temperature). Proteolytic treatment prior to immunostaining of formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissuesections may enhance staining intensity. Positive Control: SkinOther applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Purification Purified
Storage Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
