Specificity

Marker for lymphoma diagnosis. MB3 reacts with all B-cell lymphomas, except forplasmocytomas, activated T-cells and histiocytic tumors. MB3 recognizes a 31 kDcytoplasmic antigen, also reactive with HLA class II antibodies. Species: Human. Others not tested.

Immunohistochemistry on frozen and paraffin sections: 1: 5 - 1: 20, 1 h at room temperature. Recommended Positive Control: Tonsil. Immunoblotting. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
