Immunogen Recombinant Hssh3bp1 (human spectrin SH3 domain binding protein 1)
Clone 4-00E-002
Isotype IgG2b
Specificity This antibody was developed against the spectrin SH3 domain binding protein Hssh3bp1 (3).
Purification Protein A Chromatography
Alternative Name ABI1 / SSH3BP1 (ABI1 Antibody Abstract)
Background Hssh3bp1 is a marker of macropinocytic vesicles and a potential regulator of macropinocytosis (2). The gene encoding Hssh3bp1 has a role as a tumor suppressor gene which is inactivated during prostate tumorigenesis (1).Synonyms: ABI1, Abelson interactor 1, Abi-1, Abl interactor 1, Abl-binding protein 4, AblBP4, Eps8 SH3 domain-binding protein, Nap1-binding protein, SSH3BP1, Spectrin SH3 domain-binding protein 1, e3B1
Gene ID 10006
NCBI Accession NP_001012768
UniProt Q8IZP0
Pathways RTK Signaling
Application Notes Western blot: 1/1,000-1/2,000. Immunofluorescence: 1/100-1/500. Immunohistochemistry: 1/40-1/100. Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections andfrozen sections. For optimal staining, sections should be pre-treated for antigenunmasking.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
