Additional Information
| Gene ID | 10006 |
| UniProt | Q8IZP0 |
| Immunogen | Recombinant Hssh3bp1 (human spectrin SH3 domain binding protein 1) |
| Cross-Reactivity | Human, Mouse (Murine), Rat (Rattus) |
| Isotype | IgG2b |
| Clone | 4E02 |
| Description | Hssh3bp1 is a marker of macropinocytic vesicles and a potential regulator ofmacropinocytosis (2). The gene encoding Hssh3bp1 has a role as a tumor suppressor genewhich is inactivated during prostate tumorigenesis (1). |
| Characteristics | Synonyms: ABI1, SSH3BP1, Abl interactor 1, Abelson interactor 1, Abi-1, e3B1, Nap1-binding protein,Abl-binding protein 4, AblBP4, Spectrin SH3 domain-binding protein 1, Eps8 SH3domain-binding protein |
| Specificity | This antibody was developed against the spectrin SH3 domain binding protein Hssh3bp1(3). Species: Human, Rat, Mouse. Others not tested. |
Application Details
| Application Notes | Western blot: 1/1,000-1/2,000. Immunofluorescence: 1/100-1/500. Immunohistochemistry: 1/40-1/100. Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections andfrozen sections. For optimal staining, sections should be pre-treated for antigenunmasking. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
| Concentration | 1.0 mg/ml |
| Purification | Purified |
| Buffer | PBS without preservatives |
| Storage | Store the antibody at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use. Shelf life: one year from despatch. |
