Application Details

Application Notes: Immunofluorescence. Immunohistochemistry on frozen and paraffin sections (paraffin sections require proteindigestion pre-treatment e. g. trypsin or pronase). Flow cytometry (use 10 l of neat antibody to label 1x 10e6 cells in 100 l). Western blot. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
