| Application Notes | IF (1/20 - 1/30, Formaldehyde is recommended as fixative. After fixation the slides should be rinsed in PBS and placed in acetone at -20ºC for 3 minutes to make the cells permeable). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on application and should be determined by the user. |
