ELISA: 1/11K (E2-BSA, 50%B), ELISA: 1/1.1M (E2-BSA, EPT). ELISA with 0.5 to 1 g/well ofE2-BSA. All buffers contain BSA. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
