Specificity
This antibody is specific to mature granulocytes. It does not react with other types of cells in human tissues. Clone BM-2 reacts with early precursor and mature forms of human myeloid cells. Thisantibody is useful in the detection of myeloid leukemia and granulocytic sarcoma. Cellular localization: Cytoplasmic. Species: Human. Others not tested.

Application Notes
Immunohistochemistry: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1: 25-1: 50 in an ABCmethod. Suitable for formalin/paraffin tissues. We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. Recommended positive control: Tonsil. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Storage
Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch. Pictures: Formalin fixed paraffin embedded human tonsilstained with Granulocyte antibody (DM268/DM268-05)
