Application Notes Immunofluorescence. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin embedded sections: 1: 25-1: 50 inan ABC method 30 minutes at room temperature. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissuesections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0prior to immunostaining. Western Blot (1: 50 - 1: 100). Positive Control: Tonsil.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
