Immunogen: A synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 36-54 aa of the human CD3 zeta protein.

Description: CD3 consists of five invariant polypeptide chains that associate to form three dimmers: aheterodimer of gamma and epsilon chains, a heterodimer of delta and epsilon chains anda homodimer of two zeta chains or a heterodimer of zeta and eta chains. Zeta chainconsists of three consecutive copies of the same motif.

Application Notes: Immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed paraffin embedded sections: diluted of 1: 50-1: 100 in an ABC method (30 minutes at room temperature)Recommended Positive Control: TonsilOther applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer: 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 - containing sodium azide as preservative.

Storage: Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
