This antibody reacts with Adrenomedullin 1-6. The antiserum was raised using syntheticpeptides as immunogens. The antibody does not cross-react with CGRP. Species: Rat. Others not tested.
Application Notes
Immunofluorescence: 1: 400 - 1: 800, overnight incubation at 2-8C. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. Positive Control: Stefanini-fixed frozen sections of rat fundusOther applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
