Ascorbate Oxidase [cucurbita].
Specificity
This product is an IgG fraction antibody purified from monospecific antiserum by amulti-step process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchangechromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc againstanti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum and purified and partially purified Ascorbate Oxidase[cucurbita]. Cross reactivity against Ascorbate Oxidase from other sources is unknown.

Application Notes
Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electronmicroscopy and Immunohistochemistryas well as other peroxidase-antibody basedenzymatic assays. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of AlkalinePhosphatase [Calf Intestine] in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS(2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes atroom temperature. A working dilution of 1: 2,000 to 1: 11,000 of the reconstitutionconcentration is suggested for this product. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
