Additional Information

Characteristics Synonyms: Ascorbase, ASO, AAO
Swiss-Prot P24792
Immunogen Ascorbate Oxidase [cucurbita]
Specificity This product is an IgG fraction antibody purified from monospecific antiserum by amultistep process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchangechromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-RabbitSerum as well as purified and partially purified Ascorbate Oxidase [cucurbita]. Crossreactivity against Ascorbate Oxidase from other sources is unknown.
