Specificity
This product is an IgG fraction antibody purified from monospecific antiserum by amulti-step process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchangechromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc againstanti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified Urease [JackBean]. Cross reactivity against Urease from other tissues and species may occur but have notbeen specifically determined

Application Notes
suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxi-dase electronmicroscopy and Immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody basedenzymatic assays. Recommended Diutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Urease [JackBean] in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS(2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes atroom temperature. A working dilution of 1: 500 to 1: 2,000 of the reconstitutionconcentration is suggested for this product. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
