Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electronmicroscopy and Immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody basedenzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1/10,000-1/50,000. Western blot: 1/1,000-1/5,000.
Other applications not tested.

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
Do NOT add Sodium Azide! Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase. - Storage

- Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. This product is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -28 °C or below.
