Application Notes: Suitable for Immunoprecipitation, Immunodiffusion, Conjugation and most immunologicalmethods requiring lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. ELISA: 1:25,000 - 1:120,000. Western blot: 1:2,000 - 1:10,000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:1,000 - 1,5,000.

Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
