Suitable for Immunoblotting (1/1,000-1/4,000, Western or dot blot), ELISA (1/10,000-1/40,000), Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry (1/500-1/2,500) as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiringlot-to-lot consistency.
Other applications not tested.

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
Do NOT add Sodium Azide! Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase. - Storage

- Storage Comment
- Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50 % and then aliquot contents and freeze at -28 °C or below. This product is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid.
