Application Details

Application Notes: Flow Cytometry: Use 10 μL of neat antibody to label 1x10^6 cells. The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity fc receptors.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Background: The OX40 receptor is also known as CD134, ACT35, and tumour necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 4. This receptor is expressed on activated CD4+ and CD8+ T cells and B cells. The OX40 receptor binds to the OX40 ligand to provide a co-stimulatory signal that is independent of CD28.
