Description: Alternate Names: TCR Vb7, TCR V beta7.

Specificity: This antibody reacts with the TCR V beta 7 bearing T cells. Note that TCR V beta 7 may not be present in strains expressing MIS-1a haplotype.

Application Details

Application Notes: Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of neat antibody to label 1x10e6 cells in 100 ul. The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity Fc receptors. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Concentration: 0.1 mg/ml

Buffer: PBS containing 0.09% Sodium Azide as preservative and 0.5% Bovine Serum Albumin as stabilizer.

Storage: Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf Life: one year from despatch.
