Specificity
This antibody reacts with mouse V beta 8.1, 8.2 T cell Receptor antigen. This antibody is provided in liquid format for application in single, dual, or three colour flow cytometry. 1 mg is the maximum amount of antibody required for 1 x 10e6 cells. Lesser amounts of antibody may be sufficient and it is recommended that each investigator determine dilutions appropriate for individual use. Appropriate controls should always be included in any labelling study.

Application Notes
Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. Further Comments: PE-Cy5 conjugates require a 650 nm long pass filter in the FL3 channel. FL2-FL3 compensation will be in the range of 1%.
