|Description||Bcl-2 is an integral membrane protein which lies within the cell rather than on the cell surface. |Application Notes||Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot. Flow Cytometry (1/50-1/100): Membrane permeabilisation is required for this application. Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections: (1/20-1/40). Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections: (1/20-1/40): This product requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of formalin fixed material Fixation using BS or Bouins fluid is preferable to formalin fixation. Recommended Positive Control: Human tonsil. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.|
