Specificity This antibody recognises natural and recombinant IL-2.

Application Details

Application Notes ELISA (as capture antibody, see 1,2): 1-4 ug/ml, apropriate range of IL-2 concentrations for linear standard curve is 2 ng/ml. Immunoprecipitation. Western blotting (1), for the latter, 1-5 ug/ml of this clone were found to detect less than 100 ng per lane of recombinant mouse IL-2 under reducing conditions. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Concentration 1.0 mg/ml
Buffer PBS containing 0.02 % sodium azide
Storage Store the antibody at 2 - 8 °C up to one month or (in aliquots) at -20 °C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf Life: one year from despatch.
