Application Notes Flow Cytometry: 1/10, Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ml, The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity fc receptors. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
