Application Details

Application Notes: Flow cytometry (neat - 1/5): use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10e6 cells in 100 ul. ELISA. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Concentration: 0.5 mg/ml

Buffer: Borate buffered saline, pH 8.0, without preservative or stabilizer

Storage: Store the antibody at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf Life: one year from despatch.
