Immunogen Recombinant protein expressed in E. coli
Clone N7-48A
Isotype IgG2a
Purification Protein G chromatography
Alternative Name Interleukin-2 / IL2
UniProt P60568
Application Notes Flow cytometry (intracellular). Recommended positive control: Mitogen stimulated purified T cells treated with saponin - yield a strong positive signal by FACS. Immunofluorescence / Immunocytochemistry. For immunocytochemistry use 0.5 ug/ml per 0.5 x 10e6 cells permeabilized with saponin. For paraffin embedded tissues, the antibody requires antigen unmasking by pretreatment with microwave oven (5 min at 120°C). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
