This antibody blocks with beta endorphin 1-27. Cells and fibers are found in the arcuate nucleus in rat brain of 4% FA perfused tissue.

Application Notes
|
Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections: 1/300 - 1/3000. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
