This antibody blocks completely with peptide E and partially with Bam 22, Bam12 and Dynorphin 1-17. In 4% FA perfused colchicine tissue cells and fibres are seen in septum, medial preoptic area and bed nucleus of stria terminalis of rat brain.

Application Notes
|
Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections: 1/250 - 1/2500. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
