Description: ICAD (Inhibitor of Caspase-Activated DNase) is the murine homologue of human DFF-45. ICAD is cleaved by Caspase-3, releasing CAD which eventually causes degradation of DNA in the nucleus. Alternate Names: Inhibitor of CAD, DFF-45, DFF1, DNA fragmentation factor subunit alpha, DNA fragmentation factor 45 kDa subunit.

Application Notes: Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/1000, this antibody recognises a 45kD band in Western blots. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
