Background TRRAP is a 434kD protein which interacts with the N-terminus of c-myc. TRRAP also binds to E2F and has sequence similarities to the ATM superfamily. Application Notes Western Blot: 1:2000, this antibody recognises a band of approximately 434 kDa in HeLa cell lysates.
