Immunogen Recombinant C-terminal kinase-related domain of human TRRAP
Purification Serum
Alternative Name TRRAP / PAF400
Background TRRAP is a 434kD protein which interacts with the N-terminus of c-myc. TRRAP also binds to E2F and has sequence similarities to the ATM superfamily. TRRAP is important for early development and is required for mitotic checkpoint and normal cell cycle progression.Synonyms: 350/400 kDa PCAF-associated factor, PAF350/400, STAF40, Tra1 homolog, Transformation/transcription domain-associated protein
UniProt Q9Y4A5
Application Notes Western Blot: 1:2000, this antibody recognises a band of approximately 434 kDa in HeLa cell lysates.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
