Description: TRRAP is a 434kD protein which interacts with the N-terminus of c-myc. TRRAP also binds to E2F and has sequence similarities to the ATM superfamily. TRRAP is important for early development and is required for mitotic checkpoint and normal cell cycle progression.

Application Details

Application Notes: Western Blot: 1:2000, this antibody recognises a band of approximately 434kDa in HeLa cell lysates. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
