| Description | CCR6 is a Chemokine Receptor that is activated by MIP3alpha/Larc binding. CCR6 has been shown to be upregulated in psoriatic skin. CCR6 has been reported to be expressed in intestine, colon, liver, lymph node, spleen, lung, blood, umbilical cord, placenta, skin, and pancreas. It has also been reported to be expressed in lymphocytes, T cells, and B cells but not in natural killer cells, monocytes, or granulocytes from spleen, lymph node, appendix, and fetal liver. ESTs have been isolated from liver/spleen, lymph, and fetal lung / testis /B cell libraries. Alternate Names: CD196, CKRL3, GPR29, GPRCY4. |

Application Details
| Application Notes | Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin embedded sections: 2-9 ug/ml. Antigen retrieval: Steam slides in 0.01 M sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0, at 99-100°C for 20 min. Remove from heat and let stand at room temperature in buffer for 20 min. Rinse in 1x TBS with Tween (TBST) for 1 min. at room temperature. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. Further Comments: This product was originally produced by MBL International. |
