Description
|
EMR2 is an Orphan-B GPCR with an unknown ligand. EMR2 has five EGF-like domains in the extracellular domain and is highly homologous to CD97. Multiple isoforms of EMR2 are produced by alternative splicing. EMR2 has been reported to be expressed in immune tissues, where it has been shown to be restricted specifically to monocytes and granulocytes. ESTs have been isolated from blood, colon, lymph node, placenta, spleen, testis, and uterus libraries. Alternate Names: CD312, DKFZP781B135, egf-like module containing, mucin-like, hormone receptor-like sequence 2, emr2.

Application Notes
|
Immunofluorescence. Immunohistochemistry with formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissues: 17 ug/ml Antigen retrieval: Steam slides in 0.01 M sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0, at 99-100°C for 20 min. Remove from heat and let stand at room temperature in buffer for 20 min. Rinse in 1x TBS with Tween (TBST) for 1 min. at room temperature. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. Further Comments: This product was originally produced by MBL International.
