Immunogen Synthetic peptides of amino acids 87-103 and 231-246 of human INHAT-2AA Sequence: CPNLTHLNLSGNKIKDL / EERGQKRKREPEDEGE
Characteristics Synonyms: C15orf1, LANP, MAPM, PHAP1, Mapmodulin, Acidic leucine-rich nuclear phosphoprotein 32family member A, Potent heat-stable protein phosphatase 2A inhibitor I1PP2A, Acidicnuclear phosphoprotein pp32, Leucine-rich acidic nuclear protein, PutativeHLA-DR-associated protein I
Purification Protein G Chromatography
Alternative Name ANP32A (ANP32A Antibody Abstract)
Background INHAT (inhibitor of acetyltransferases) complex binds to histones and masks them frombeing substrate for acetyltransferase. Endogenous INHAT subunits, which include theSet/TAF-Ibeta oncoprotein, associate with chromatin in vivo and can block coactivatormediated transcription when transfected in cells.
Gene ID 8125
UniProt P39687
Application Notes Western blot: 1/500 - 1/1000. Recommended positive control: HeLa. In HeLa, a 31 kDa band is observed. Otherapplications not tested. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
