Immunogen Synthetic peptide containing amino acids 425-439 of human p62dok
Purification Protein G Chromatography
Alternative Name DOK1 / p62 dok
Background P62dok is a major substrate for many tyrosine kinases including c-kit, v-abl, vFPS, EGF, and PDGF. Upon phosphorylation by kinases, p62dok forms a complex with ras GTPase-activating protein.
UniProt Q99704
Application Notes Western blot: 1.0 - 2.0 ug/ml. Recommended Positive Control: Jurkat, Daudi, mouse NIH 3T3. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Liquid
Concentration 0.5 mg/mL
Buffer PBS containing 0.02% sodium azide
Preservative Sodium azide
