| Application Notes | Western blot (0.5 - 2 ug/ml) and immunohistochemistry on paraffim embeddeed sections. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on application and should be determined by the user. Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded section of human reactive lymph node stained for caspase-1 expression using SP7344 with a DAB chromogen and Hematoxylin counterstain. B is a higher magnification of A. Staining in macrophages is observed Western blot analysis of caspase-1 in HeLa cell lysate using ABIN123499 at 0.5 ug/ml. |
