This antibody reacts with gamma chain of human IgG. Traces of contaminating antibodies have been removed by solid phase absorption with human plasma proteins. This antibody is well suited for tissue section staining but may be used for other applications also.

Application Notes
|
Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:20-1:40 for immunofluorescence technique. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that the final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30-60 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions optimal incubation conditions should be determined by the end user.
