Additional Information

Alternative name CD45
Immunogen BALB/C mice were immunized with human peripheral blood lymphocytes to raise clone PD7/26 and with isolated neoplastic cells from T cell lymphoma to raise clone 2B11.
Format Supernatant
Isotype IgG1 kappa  (Matching secondary antibodies)
Clone 2B11-PD7-26
Specificity The human leukocyte common antigen is a family of five or more high molecular weight glycoproteins of MW 180, 190, 205 and 220 kD, present on the surface of the majority of human leucocytes. This antibody labels lymphoid cells. It labels neoplastic B and T cells in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and in leukaemias of B and T cell types.

Application Details

Application Notes Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:40-1:100 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. No special treatment is required for formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Cell membrane
Concentration 100ug/ml approximately
Buffer This antibody is supplied as tissue culture supernatant containing sodium azide as preservative.
Storage Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
Research Area CD Antigens
Restrictions For Research Use. CE-certified for In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Use in the European Union
