Specificity
This antibody does not show any cross-reactivity with kappa light chain. It stains B cell follicles in human lymphoid tissues. The mantle zone shows a mosaic pattern of labeling while the germinal centers show a coarse meshwork pattern of staining.

Application Notes
Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:75 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Enzymatic predigestion of paraffin embedded tissues may improve immunostaining in some cases. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Cytoplasm
