This antibody is a cocktail of two different clones, 5D3 andLP53. This antibody stains cytokeratin 5,6,8 and 18. This antibody has been designed for a broad spectrum screening of cytokeratins. It stains carcinomas of simple and squamous origin.

Application Notes

Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user.
