Additional Information

Alternative name Lymphocyte Phosphatase-Associated Phosphoprotein (LPAP)
Immunogen Prokaryotic recombinant protein corresponding to the entire cytoplasmic domain of the LPAP molecule.
Format Supernatant
Isotype IgG1  (Matching secondary antibodies)
Clone 17A5
Specificity Lymphocyte phosphatase-associate Phosphoprotein (LPAP) is a transmembrane phosphoprotein of 32 kD, which is only stable when expressed in the presence of the CD45 glycoprotein. It is expressed on both resting and activated T and B lymphocyte, NK cells and thymocytes. Terminally differentiated plasma cells, granulocytes and monocytes do not express LPAP.

Application Details

Application Notes Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:50-1:100 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 60 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. High temperature treatment of formalin-fixed tissue sections with 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 must be performed prior to the immunostaining. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Membrane
Concentration 100ug/ml approximately
Buffer This antibody is supplied as tissue culture supernatant containing sodium azide as preservative.
Storage Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
Research Area Kinases/Phosphatases
Restrictions For Research Use. CE-certified for In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Use in the European Union
