Additional Information
| Alternative name | Cyclin D1 |
| Immunogen | A synthetic peptide from C- terminus of human cyclin D1. |
| Format | Supernatant |
| Isotype | IgG |
| Clone | SP4 |
| Specificity | Cyclin D1 or PRAD-1 or bcl- 1 is one of the key cell cycle regulators, and functions in association with cdk4 and / or cdk6 by phosphorylating the Rb protein. It is a putative proto-oncogene overexpressed in a wide variety of human neoplasms including mantle cell lymphomas (MCL). This antibody crossreacts with Human, mouse and rat. |

Application Details
| Application Notes | Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:100 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Positive Control: Breast Carcinoma. Cellular localization: Nuclear Other Applications: Immunoprecipitation, Western blotting (1:100-500). |
| Concentration | 100ug/ml approximately |
| Purification | Supernatant |
| Buffer | This antibody is supplied as tissue culture supernatant containing sodium azide as preservative. |
| Storage | Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label. |
| Research Area | Cell Cycle |
| Restrictions | For Research Use. CE-certified for In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Use in the European Union |
