Specificity
This antibody reacts with Ki-67 antigen associated with cell proliferation and found throughout the cell cycle (G1, S, G2, M) but absent in resting cells. This antibody is useful in the study of cell proliferation in neoplastic cell populations and with stimulated lymphocytes. It may be used in establishing the growth fraction of neoplasms.

Application Notes
Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:50 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. High temperature treatment of formalin-fixed tissue sections with 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 must be performed prior to the immunostaining. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Nuclear
