Specificity: This antibody is specific to human CD10 antigen of 100 kD, also known as common acute lymphocytic leukemia antigen (CALLA). CD10 antigen has been identified on the surface of early lymphoid progenitor cells, immature B cells with in adult bone marrow and germinal center B cells with in lymphoid tissue.

Application Details

Application Notes: Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:20-1:30 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. High temperature antigen unmasking is required prior to immunostaining of formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Cell membrane
