Additional Information

Alternative name Factor XIIIa (Factor 13a)
Immunogen BALB/C mice were injected with recombinant human protein corresponding to A-subunit of coagulation Factor XIII.
Format Ig-fraction
Isotype IgG1 kappa  (Matching secondary antibodies)
Clone C-1A1
Specificity This antibody is specific to 160 kD protein known as Factor XIIIA. Factor XIII is a beta-globulin found in plasma and is composed of two subunits. Factor XIII-A is the catalytic subunit and is a dimmer of M.W. 160 kD. Factor XIII is a dermal dendrocyte marker and shows variable reaction with these types of tumors.

Application Details

Application Notes Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:50 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Suitable for formalin/paraffin tissues. Positive Control: Placenta. Cellular localization: Cytoplasmic, nuclear Other Applications: Western Blotting
Concentration 100ug/ml approximately
Buffer This antibody is supplied as purified immunoglobulin fraction containing sodium azide as preservative.
Storage Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
