Specificity: Human latent MMP 13: The antibody does not cross react with MMP 14, the catalytic domains of MMP 15, MMP 16, MMP 17 and the latent forms of MMP 2, MMP 9 and MMP 8.

Detection of MMP 13 in paraffin sections and cryosections. Paraffin section of breast tissue infiltrated with mamma carcinoma cells. The carcinoma cells show positive staining with M66 anti-MMP 13 antibody.
